Forlorn is a bomb defuse map heavily inspired by old-school Half-Life and Opposing Force, a sort of homage to the Black Mesa Research Facility. The theme is a freshly evacuated and dismantled military research facility that is mostly emptied by now, but still in rather pristine condition. An anarchist group is preparing to raid the recently abandoned base to blast open some secure doors and loot available chemical and hazardous content. Several Half-Life Easter eggs (visuals and sounds) are scattered around the map.
